500g of beef mince
8 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves
2 tbs freshly grated parmesan
2 tbs shredded basil
2 tbs chopped parsley
Toasted rolls, salad leaves, aioli and beetroot relish (see accompanying Spring receipe) to serve
- Place the beef in a bowl with 8 sundried tomatoes, garlic cloves, parmesan, basil and parsley. Mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Cook patties for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve burgers on toasted buns with salad leaves, aioli and beetroot relish.
