Our 10 kg pack contains a mix of the following cuts:
Sausages (gluten free & preservative free)
NB. Around half the pack is prime cuts and the other half is mince, sausages and diced steak.

To ensure premium quality eating, our grass-fed beef is hung for two weeks prior to being
processed by our partnering family-run butcher in Gingin. All beef is vacuum sealed in Cryovaac.

Dandaragan Organic Beef is 100 per cent grass fed and grass finished, and is certified organic,
which means no chemicals, synthetic fertilisers, hormones or GMOs.
Our animals graze on open, diverse pastures in a low stress environment all year round and we
farm using sustainable practices.
