All lamb is sourced directly from our certified organic family farm in Dandaragan  and is grown without the use of chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, synthetic fertilisers and GMOs in a sustainable grass fed system.

The 20kg box contains a mix of the following cuts:

• Shoulder Roast
• Leg Roast
• Target Chops
• Loin Chops
• Rack
• Shanks

NB. All cuts are vacuum packed and chilled.
