All beef is sourced directly from our certified organic family farm in Dandaragan  and is grown without the use of chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, synthetic fertilisers and GMOs in a sustainable grass fed system.

The 20kg box contains a mix of the following cuts:

• Roast
• Rump
• Eye Fillet
• Porterhouse
• Scotch Fillet
• Round
• Osso Bucco
• Ribs
• Sausages (gluten free & preservative free)
• Mince
• Diced Steak

NB. Around half the pack is prime cuts and the other half is mince, sausages and diced steak. All cuts are vacuum packed and chilled.
