All beef is sourced directly from our certified organic family farm in Dandaragan and is grown without the use of chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, synthetic fertilisers and GMOs in a sustainable grass fed system.

This box contains a mix of the following cuts:

• Roast
• Rump
• T-bone
• Porterhouse
• Scotch Fillet
• Round
• Osso Bucco
• Ribs
• Sausages (gluten free & preservative free)
• Mince
• Diced Steak

NB. Around half the pack is prime cuts and the other half is mince, sausages and diced steak. 

All cuts are vacuum packed, chilled and will last around three weeks in the fridge.
