Our box contains a mix of the following cuts:

• Scotch Fillet
• Round
• Osso Bucco
• Ribs
• Burgers (gluten free & preservative free)
• Sausages (gluten free & preservative free)
• Mince
• Diced Steak

NB. Around half the pack is prime cuts and the other half is burgers, mince, sausages and diced steak.

To ensure premium quality eating, our grass-fed beef is dry aged for two weeks. All cuts are vacuum packed.
