Our 160kg pack contains a mix of the following cuts:

• Roast
• Rump
• Eye Fillet
• Porterhouse
• Scotch Fillet
• Round
• Osso Bucco
• Ribs
• Sausages (gluten free & preservative free)
• Mince
• Diced Steak

NB. Around half the pack is prime cuts and the other half is mince, sausages and diced steak. All beef is vacuum sealed and all packaging is 100% biodegradable.
