Organic BEEF SHIN TORTELLI IN BRODO

Tortelli is a filled pasta from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. It can come in many guises, but
we favour the round hat-like shape similar to cappelletti. Typically filled with cheese or meat, this
tortelli recipe uses braised Dandaragan Organic Beef osso bucco for the filling. Rich and satisfying, the handmade pasta is
served traditionally with a simple broth – or ‘brodo’ in Italian.
