Noondel Burger

Noondel burger


  • 500g of beef mince
  • 8 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbs freshly grated parmesan
  • 2 tbs shredded basil
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley
  • Toasted rolls, salad leaves, aioli and beetroot relish to serve


Place the beef in a bowl with 8 sundried tomatoes, garlic cloves, parmesan, basil and parsley. Mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.

Cook patties for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.

Serve burgers on toasted buns with salad leaves, aioli and beetroot relish.
